At Comfortclozzet, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted pieces. While we hope every purchase meets your expectations, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our returns guidelines below.
Sale & Custom Items
Items purchased during promotional events, pop-up sales, or at discounted prices are final sale and are not eligible for return, except where a genuine production defect is identified.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be considered for both full-priced and sale items only under the following circumstances:
- An incorrect item was delivered (such as a mismatch in size or colour).
- The item received shows a verified manufacturing fault (including stains, tears, or production defects).
Kindly Note:
Items affected by wear, misuse, or improper care cannot be accepted.
Initiating a Return
- Please contact our Customer Care Team via email (contactcomfortclozzet@gmail.com) within three (3) working days of receiving your order.
- Clear photographs of the concern must be provided for assessment. Once reviewed, we will guide you through the appropriate resolution—exchange or goodwill discount.
- Approved items should be returned within:
- 1–2 working days (within Nigeria)
- 3–5 working days (international orders)
- Upon receipt, please allow 2–3 working days for processing.
Return Presentation
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition.
- All tags, labels, and branded packaging must remain intact and included.
Refund Consideration
Refunds may be issued where:
- Notification is made within 24 hours of delivery and the item is returned within the approved window.
- The item is received in pristine, resale-ready condition.
Each return is carefully inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
- Where a refund is not approved, a courtesy discount will be extended for future purchases.
- Late returns are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit.
Responsibility & Liability
- Comfortclozzet cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Refunds or exchanges are only processed after the returned item has been received and verified to meet our standards.
Exchanges on Existing Orders
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of order placement.
- Exchanges are limited to items of equal value and are subject to availability.
