General Information

  • Comfortclozzet works exclusively with trusted third-party logistics partners for both local and international deliveries.

  • Kindly ensure that all billing and shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Once an order has been placed or dispatched, address details cannot be modified.

Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines commence from the date of dispatch and are subject to the operational schedules of our logistics partners.

  • Lagos deliveries: 1–2 business days

  • Nationwide deliveries (outside Lagos): 2–3 business days

  • International deliveries: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen logistics or customs processes.

Shipment Tracking

  • For deliveries outside Lagos, a shipment tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Should your order not arrive within seven (7) working days from dispatch, we kindly request that you notify us promptly.

  • If we do not receive any communication within seven (7) working days of dispatch, the order will be considered successfully delivered in good condition.

Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery destination and displayed at checkout.

  • Product prices are exclusive of shipping charges and applicable taxes.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

  • Comfortclozzet cannot be held responsible for delays, additional fees, or actions imposed by customs authorities or logistics providers.
